Hoos'gow Day

Hoos’gow Day is one of those traditions that’s hard to explain to anyone who didn’t grow up with it and impossible to forget once you have — a genuinely goofy campus tradition built around a mock jail cell and the delighted shrieking of kids getting “locked up” for the day. It costs nothing, asks nothing of families beyond showing up, and somehow remains one of the most anticipated days of the spring.
