Sponsorship
The FPA runs a few cornerstone fundraisers each year — events like Wild West Fall Fest and the Color Run, with more throughout the year. Businesses and parent-owned businesses are welcome to sponsor ahead of any of them.
Sponsorship is a quiet form of support. There's no booth to staff, no speaking role, nothing added to your calendar — just your name or logo, front and center at the event and on this site, for as long as it's up.
Sponsorship levels

How it works
- Fill out the Sponsor Interest Form — tell us which event and level you're considering.
- We'll follow up with a short written sponsorship agreement confirming your level and exactly what you'll receive.
- Once that's signed, we'll send a secure Givebutter link to complete payment.
- From there, it's on us — banner and recognition go up without any further work on your end.
Why sponsor ahead of time
Committing before the event — rather than at the last minute — helps us plan the event itself and gives your business more visibility across our promotion for it. See the events calendar for what's coming up.

Fairmont Parent Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 33-0576063). Because sponsorship includes banner and website recognition in exchange for your gift, only the portion of your payment that exceeds the fair market value of that recognition may be tax-deductible — your sponsorship agreement will include a good-faith estimate of that value. Consult an accounting professional for how this applies to your business.
