One World Festival and Street Faire

The One World Festival and Street Faire is Fairmont SJC at its most colorful — booths representing the different cultures and countries families here call home, food that doesn’t usually show up in a school cafeteria, and a genuine sense of a community putting itself on display for itself. It takes real coordination to pull off at this scale, and it leans on both volunteers to run it and sponsors to help fund it. The result is one of the more memorable afternoons on the calendar.
